A day of silk screen printing

Today was the day I had been preparing my screen for, and I was ready to start screen printing! The aim for the end of the day was to have created six silk screen prints. We were to make each one look different, using a range of colours within our colour palette, blocking out some of our design, or using the technical block screens on top of our designs for example. Whilst I was printing I had to consider time management. Inbetween every print I had to wait for my screen to dry , therefore I had to plan to use this time efficiently where I dyed my silk or mixed my colours ready for the next print.
